GENERAL

•  V Bottom hull together with inflatable tube ensures excellent seagoing performance. 

CONSTRUCTION

• The hull and deck constructed out of LR Approved G.R.P materials. 
• Exterior finish to be pigmented gel coat. 
• The hull is to be suitably stiffened with PU core transverse frames and longitudinal girders which are glassed over.
• Bulkheads are out either BS standard ply wood or P.V.C Core cell   Transom reinforced specially to mount the stern drive engine. 
• Deck surface is to be of non skid finish. 

ARRANGEMENT 

•  Seats and deck arrangement      

Seating for 9 persons  Saddle cushion seat mounted on stainless steel or aluminum frame work fitted as shown in the GA Drawing. G.R.P console with canvas Canopy fitted on stainless steel frame work. 

•  Tube

600mm diameter inflatable tube separated with baffles. The inflatable tube is attached to t he hull by a skirt, covering the entire tube. The skirt has rubbing strakes at the outside and lifelines inside and outside.

FUEL SYSTEM

• Stainless fuel tank of 300 liters located fwd of battery compartment and tank Compartment well ventilated with naturally

BILGE SYSTEM 

• Nos of 1500 GPH submersible   bilge pumps provided with separate hull out lets.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

• 12 V DC Electrical systems for engine starting and navigational lights. Battery No of 02 Nos batteries
  Type 12 volt x 120Amp /hr lead acid
  Battery is to be charged by engine alternator Connected with isolating and paralleling facility. Battery will be kept in a ventilated GRP box.

NAVIGATIONAL AIDS (OPTIONAL)

• VHF/FM furno Mld 4721
  GPS furno Mld 37 For above 2 options 2x 200 amp batteries required instead of 2x 120 amp. 

STEERING

• Hydraulic steering system fitted with steering wheel on GRP console. Instruments fitted on console with easy reach of helmsman.

WARRANTY PERIOD
