During the session, members of the Neil Marine technical team conducted a comprehensive walkthrough of the production line, covering each key stage of boat construction. Students were introduced to design concepts, material selection, fiberglass lamination techniques, structural assembly, finishing processes, and quality assurance practices. The opportunity to observe real-time workflows enabled them to connect theoretical knowledge with practical application.
The visit also created a platform for productive knowledge sharing, with students engaging in discussions and asking technical questions throughout the tour. Neil Marine values such collaborations as they help strengthen industry–academic ties and support the development of future professionals in the marine and aquatic sectors.
